Gorilla Conferencing offers free options to help track conference call costs associated with client meetings. When a moderator joins the call, he/she will be prompted to enter the Client #, Matter # or both. This setting is predetermined by you and can be added to all moderator accounts, or just selected accounts. These billing codes will then appear on our bill next to each call making bookkeeping easier to associate costs with specific clients and cases.

You can initiate a conference call from anywhere, at any time, with any type of phone. Depositions can be initiated from within a judge’s chambers or the courtroom where other parties are in other remote locations. Court reporters can also dial into the calls remotely and record the call for future transcriptions.

Since you only pay for the minutes you use, every attorney in the firm can have their own set of passcodes for no additional cost. Our bills are broken down by user to make bookkeeping easier.
